Mommy Bloggers Rock!
This past week we invited some local Mommy Bloggers into Bull Market Toys to see what we were all about and give us some feedback.
Mommy Bloggers (and Daddy Bloggers for that matter) have their finger on the pulse of all things going on in our community, any awesome new items being released and all of the best places to shop. Because of their knowledge they were able to provide us with some great feedback and excellent suggestions. We really appreciated them taking the time to come on out.

Looking for fun in Chester County this weekend?
Looking outside today it is a little drippy and dreary but don’t let that stop you from getting out this weekend.
If the skies are clear the following outside activities will keep the family entertained:
Saturday, October 6
West Goshen Community Park presents their fall movie series. Take the family to see DreamWorks Puss and Boots at 7:30pm.
If your family contains furry, for legged creatures take them down to Nottingham County Park for Bark in the Park from 11:00am - 3:00pm. This is a fun, family and dog-oriented day promoting responsible dog ownership. There will be vendors, demonstrations, displays and educational programs.
Check out the Unionville Community Fair down in Kennett Square. Get a first hand look at a traditional agricultural fair with a petting zoo, livestock shows, and local food and music. The Fair is open Friday - Sunday.
Discover the ghosts of West Chester with a great Ghost Tour. Follow your spook-tacular guide on a 90 minute walk of historic (and haunted) West Chester. Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00pm. Reservations are required and the fee is $10 per person.
If the drizzle keeps up then here are some fun indoor activities.
Saturday, October 6
Crazy Pumpkin event at Michales in Exton, Collegeville or Pottstown. When you purchase a pumpkin stay for a bit and turn it into something spectacular from 10:00am - noon.
Grab all of your princes and princesses and head down to the Disney Store in the King of Prussia mall for a Halloween Dress Rehearsal. Friday from 4:30-7:30 (parade from 5:30-6:30) and Saturday from 10:30-1:00 (parade ffrom 11:30-12:30). Check out their website for all of the rules.
Build a fire truck a the Home Depot build and grow this weekend from 9:00-12:00.

What’s Going On? More Fall Fun!
There is more fall fun going on this weekend in Chester County!
September 13-16
Check out the Devon Fall Classic. If you love horses stop by check out the events. They also have games for the kids, shopping for the parents and yummy food for everyone.
September 16
The Radnor Fall Festival is on Sunday. There will tons of fun and games for the whole family.
If you love food then you definitely need to head down to the Chester County Restaurant Festival this Sunday.
What’s Going On? Chester County Fall Festivals!
The leaves are falling and the nights are a bit cooler (OK, not by much). School has started back and Halloween decorations are in all the stores. This is one of the best times in Chester County! If you are in the mood to celebrate the beginning of fall then you definitely need to check out one or both of these festivals this weekend.
The 27th Annual Mushroom Festival in Kennett Square
In addition to having mushrooms fixed every way imaginable: fried, grilled, sauteed, pickled, even frozen in ice cream; new this year with be the National Fried Mushroom Eating Contest! Come on down to the Mushroom Festival weekend, there will be farm tours and growers’ exhibits, celebrity chefs and cooking demonstrations, contests, games, music, and more to explore in the region where over 65 percent of the country’s mushrooms are grown.
The 2012 Chadds Ford Days
Join the locals in celebrating the 150th anniversary of Chadds Ford. There will be Civil War reenactments, antique cars, live music, activities and games for the kids, tours of the c. 1725 Jon Chads House and the Springhouse, baking demonstrations, doggie demonstrations, crafts and fine arts and more. Bring the kids, bring the dogs and head on down to Chadds Ford for a day of fun!
What’s Going On? Summer Concert
Bull Market Toys is sponsoring the Eagleview Summer Concert this Tuesday, August 21 in support of Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Come join us in supporting this great cause! The opening act at 7:00pm is Riley Road with the main act, Toy Soldiers, following at 8:00. This is a great family event so bring your blankets and chairs, your picnic baskets and coolers and grab the kids and join us in the celebration.

Join in the fun for Storytime at the Wellington Square Bookshop at 10:00am. Kids can listen to a few stories, do a fun craft and have a cookie.

Join other Moms and kids at the Exton Square Mall for arts and crafts hosted by Chester County Art Association:

We want to make a special mention of the Brick Fair Lego Convention on August 4 & 5 in Chantilly, VA. If you are a LEGO fan this is the place to be!
